2. Products & Wholesale Orders
- Product Specifications: Readymade garments, school uniforms, and custom tailored apparel are stitched according to agreed sample specifications and measurement charts.
- Bulk Orders: Wholesale bulk orders require order confirmation with deposit as specified during quotation.
- Pricing & Taxes: Prices are quoted in INR and are subject to final order quantity tiers. Applicable MSME invoicing terms apply.
3. Delivery & Quality Assurance
- We conduct quality inspection for fabric strength, stitching durability, and color fastness prior to dispatch.
- Buyers are advised to verify piece counts and sizes upon physical delivery or pickup at our Betnoti facility.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mayurbhanj, Odisha.
